If you were not regularly restarting your computer when you were in school, it may need updating,
which can only be done when connected to the school network.

Follow these steps completely to bring your computer up to date

1-      Shut your computer down at home

2-      Drive up near the school – by the dumpsters or on the playground by the elementary wing, or up by the HS door in that loop

3-      Restart you computer and login, after login, click the wireless icon and verify you’re connected to the school network
    – Baltic Wireless Network

4-      After a couple minutes, restart your computer. If you get the blue Restarting screen with the spinning dots, wait for it to until it returns to the login screen.  If you haven’t restarted your computer frequently while on the school network, this could take 20 minutes

5-      Login again and restart a second time

6-      After login again, open the Start menu, type Mov, the Movies&TV app should show up in the menu, click it to open Movies&TV.  If it is blocked, restart again

7-      Login and try to open Movies&TV, continue to restart until it opens

8-      Once it opens, close the Movie&TV app, open Chrome and try to play a Youtube video. If it plays, you should be ready

9-      Shut down while still on the school network

10-   Go home, get on your home network

Some students have had to restart 3-4 times to completely update.
